My little one seems really comfortable in it, even on longer drives, and the padding feels nice and soft. The only thing that bugged me was adjusting the straps. It took longer than I expected, and the straps were just kind of a pain to get right. Once I finally got them set, it was fine, but yeah, the strap adjustment was definitely annoying

It was fine for the first year and I didn’t have any real complaints, but eventually the straps and padding started to wear out. I guess it still did the job for a while, but I expected it to hold up a bit better.

The setup instructions were super clear, and I got the car seat installed without much stress at all. it was way easier than I expected lol

I bought this from maxi-cosi.com because I figured it would be easy to move between our cars, but it’s heavier than I expected. I haven’t tested it in every possible setup or anything, but just carrying it from the house to the car has been annoying, especially when I’m in a rush. It does feel really solid, which is reassuring, but I wouldn’t call it portable. If you’re planning to keep it in one car, it’s probably fine. For moving it around regularly, though, I’m kind of regretting the choice.

I’m assuming it’s probably fine for light use, but for me the straps felt a bit too loose and I didn’t feel as protected as I expected. I kept thinking it would shift around if I actually needed it, so I just didn’t feel safe enough using it.

I bought the Maxi Cosi capsule thinking it would just click straight into our pram, but nope, I had to waste time figuring out which adapters I needed. The seat itself is actually really good and feels comfy, so no complaints there. But the compatibility info on the site needs to be clearer because I don’t have the patience for sending multiple emails just to get a simple answer. Not a bad product at all, just way more hassle than I expected

The seat does feel safe and sturdy, which is reassuring, but it’s not great if you’re short on space. Once we fitted it in our car, the front passenger seat had to be pushed really far forward, so it’s not very comfortable for whoever sits there. It also makes it difficult to fit bags or another car seat beside it. For the price, I expected a better fit, and I was also hoping for a faster response when looking for help with it. Overall, a bit disappointing

I was expecting this to be a better deal, but it just doesn’t feel cheap enough for what it is. Something feels off when you compare the price to the overall value. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t really call it a bargain either.

The cover wash okay overall, so I don’t really have a big complaint there. But getting crumbs out of all the little gaps was taking forever every time. It’s not bad, I just wish it was a bit easier to clean.

I bought this thinking it would be good to use from birth, but my newborn looked so slumped in it. The insert just didn’t feel supportive enough, and I kept having to adjust her head, which made me nervous the whole time. Come on now, if something says it’s newborn-friendly, I expect it to actually feel safe and secure for those first few weeks. Maybe it works better once baby is a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a good fit for us early on.

I tried reaching out to support twice and ended up waiting days with no response. It’s exhausting dealing with the same kind of issue again when all you need is a quick answer. Frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

My refund took a few days to show up, so I did have to wait a bit, but it went through fine in the end. As long as I got my money back, I’m good.

The straps fit kinda weird, honestly. They sit awkwardly and get annoying fast, like some dumb little design flaw that should’ve been fixed.

I grabbed a Maxi-Cosi stroller thinking it’d be perfect for everyday walks, but the steering is kinda annoying. On super smooth floors it’s fine, no drama, but once you’re on footpaths or trying to turn around in tight little shops, it gets stiff and sort of catches. One-hand steering? Yeah nah, not really happening for me. It does look good and the seat seems comfy for bub, but the maneuverability just doesn’t match the price. I really expected it to push a lot better.

I went in expecting to find what I needed because it seemed like they had everything available, but that definitely wasn’t the case. Pretty much nothing I was looking for was actually there. It’s frustrating when things sound promising upfront, but the reality doesn’t match at all

The seat itself feels fine, and overall I don’t hate it, but the harness and buckle just kind of drive me crazy. The straps twist way too easily, and getting the buckle to actually click takes more messing around than it should, especially when my kid is wiggling all over the place. I don’t know, for the price I just expected it to feel smoother and less annoying. It’s not awful, but it definitely frustrates me most days

I’m not too happy with how this looks in my car. Compared to other car accessories I’ve bought before, this one feels a lot bulkier and more awkward than I expected. I was hoping for something cleaner and a bit more modern, but the shape and colours feel kind of dated to me. It just doesn’t blend in well with the interior, and I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

The warranty support was slow, and I had to keep chasing them to get any updates. It felt like if I didn’t follow up, nothing was really moving forward. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating and more hassle than I expected

I’m disappointed with the build quality. After just normal use, the frame started feeling flimsy, and some of the parts didn’t seem to line up the way they should. It just doesn’t feel as solid as I expected. I also don’t have a lot of confidence that customer service would be much help, so that makes the whole thing even more frustrating.
